About this session
A working session, not a presentation. You arrive with your laptop. We walk you through building your AI strategy first, then your AI usage policy. Both are drafted live, with help in the room when you need it. By the end, you walk out with two documents you can put in front of your team on Monday morning.

Business owners and leaders who know AI matters but haven't pinned down their strategy or their policy on how the team should use it. No technical background required.

Richard Geary
Co-founder, The AI Foundry
Richard spent twenty-five years in enterprise technology, including long stretches at NetSuite and Salesforce, before co-founding The AI Foundry. He leads strategy and training design and runs sessions like this one most weeks. He'll be facilitating the strategy session, available for help and feedback as you build.
