A hands-on hour to get you confident with Claude, from your first prompt to a real piece of work you can use straight away.
About this session. One hour, live and online. We open Claude together and work through the jobs it's genuinely good at, drafting and rewriting, summarising long documents, thinking through a problem and turning messy notes into something useful. You follow along in your own account, so you leave having actually used it rather than just watched. Plain English, no jargon, questions welcome throughout.
Who it’s for. Business owners, leaders and teams who keep hearing about Claude and want a proper, practical first go rather than another article about it. No technical background needed.
What’s included.
An afternoon in person with Scott and Richard. Bring whatever you're stuck on and we'll work through it together. Drop in for twenty minutes or stay the afternoon.
About this session. An afternoon in person with Scott and Richard, with no agenda and no slides. Bring whatever you're stuck on. A tool that isn't landing with your team, a question you've been embarrassed to ask, the thing your team keeps arguing about, a policy you're not sure is right. We'll work through it together, in the room, on the day. There's nothing to book and nothing to pay. Turn up any time between one and five, and stay as long as it's useful.
Who it’s for. Business owners, leaders and teams who have a real AI question and nowhere sensible to ask it. Whether you've been using these tools for a year or you haven't started, the format works the same. No technical background needed.

A hands-on hour to get you actually using Microsoft Copilot at work, from a blank prompt to a real result you can use the same afternoon.
About this session. One hour, live and online. We open Copilot together and walk through the everyday jobs it's genuinely good at, drafting and summarising, tidying up documents, getting through your inbox and pulling sense out of a spreadsheet. You follow along on your own account, so you leave having done it once rather than just watched a demo. Plain English, no jargon, questions welcome throughout.
Who it’s for. Business owners, leaders and teams who have Microsoft Copilot (or are about to) and want to get real value from it rather than letting the licence sit unused. No technical background needed.
What’s included.
Most AI safety advice boils down to “be careful”. This session does the opposite and shows you how to use AI properly across your business without landing yourself with a fine or a data breach.
About this session. One hour, live and online. We look at where your data actually goes when you use AI tools, the shadow AI already running in your business without anyone signing it off, and the one-page policy that fixes most of the risk. Practical and plain English throughout, with Dan Mousley and Bob Chen from Upmotion AI, both members of the Foundry community. No technical background needed.
Who it’s for. Business owners and leaders who want their team using AI without putting client data, company information or their reputation at risk. If you've got people using AI tools and no rules around it yet, this one is for you.

Leave with an AI strategy and an AI usage policy for your business, both drafted in the session and ready to share with your team.
About this session. A working session, not a presentation. You arrive with your laptop. We walk you through building your AI strategy first, then your AI usage policy. Both are drafted live, with help in the room when you need it. By the end, you walk out with two documents you can put in front of your team on Monday morning.
Who it’s for. Business owners and leaders who know AI matters but haven't pinned down their strategy or their policy on how the team should use it. No technical background required.
What’s included.
Build Along with AI is a working session, not a presentation. You arrive with your laptop and one problem on your mind. By the end of the session, you walk out with one AI tool, workflow or asset that you can actually use in your business.
Sessions run two to five hours. Group sizes are kept small enough that everyone gets help if they need it. Both online and in-person formats run from time to time.
Guest Speakers sessions are conversations, not keynotes. Two or three speakers who are doing real AI work in real businesses share what they've built, what's working, what isn't and what they'd do differently.
Plenty of structured time for questions and discussion. Usually two to three hours. Mostly in person, occasionally online.
