A scoping call
Twenty to thirty minutes. We talk about what you’re trying to achieve, who your team is and what’s getting in the way. No commitment, no quote yet.

A tailored proposal
Within five working days you’ll get a written proposal with the recommended programme, the format, the timeline and the price. Plus what the engagement will and won’t cover.
- 3.
Discovery
Once the proposal is approved, we run a proper discovery with the team that’ll attend. Their goals, their current AI use, what they’re stuck on. The brief we design from is yours.
- 4.
Design and delivery
We build the programme around the brief and run it on the agreed schedule. Online, in-person or hybrid. One account contact looking after the whole engagement.
- 5.
Wrap and follow-up
A debrief with you when delivery is done. A written record of what was agreed, materials handed over to your team and a clear sense of what worked and what to do next.
